OUR HEALTHCARE COMMITMENTS THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY :
– 3 simple and MANDATORY instructions are displayed and must be observed upon arrival at the hotel :
- disinfect your hands before entering with the hand sanitiser provided (waiting in the airlock with the door either open or in automatic mode)
- wear a mask in the public areas
- 1 person only from a group at reception
-A protective glass screen is installed at reception.
-The members of our team are equipped according to their positions and the tasks they carry out (protective visor, mask, apron, overall and cap).
-Automatic cleaning after each use of the room keys (no crossing over of own keys and used key), garage remotes, reception desk
-Organisation of check-in and check-out to eliminate document exchanges
-Electronic booklet downloadable from our website for information on hotel services, tourist attractions, nearby restaurants and other practical services near the hotel
-Specific procedure for our touring customers to store and collect their bikes. (To find out, click here.)
-Breakfast is served in your room and in your room only.
-Our 2 lounges and our toilets near the reception are no longer accessible to our customers, from now on and until further notice so as to limit meeting others and contact.
-Cleaning with a very strict process (on Government recommendation) of all rooms with hygiene items corresponding to virucidal standards EN14476.
-All the frequent contact points in the common areas (elevator, door handles, ramps and switches…) are cleaned regularly with hygiene items in accordance with virucidal standards EN14476.
-Our air conditioners are all individual and do not present any risk.
